This summer, around a hundred of us dedicated up to a week to practicing Viet Vo Dao.
As every year for the past decade, the Aveyron region has welcomed us and provided an ideal setting to cultivate our martial art.
Two programs are offered for the summer camp:
A “Khi Dao” program specifically for Khi Dao practitioners. Breathing exercises and energy work are featured throughout the morning and late afternoon.
A complete “Vo + Khi Dao” program for Vo practitioners (known as “Vo Sinh”). This program also includes the morning and late-afternoon Khi Dao sessions.
A typical training day at the summer camp for a Vo Sinh looks like this:
7:15–7:45 – Morning breathing exercises
7:30–8:30 – Breakfast
9:00–12:00 – Technique practice in pairs
12:00–16:00 – Lunch break and rest
16:00–18:00 – Sequence drills followed by weapon training
18:00–19:00 – Energy work and meditation
